We offer flat-rate postage of £2.99 (inc VAT) for customers in the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands.

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, based on parcel weight.

Orders placed by 1pm (Monday-Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next day. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. We may use a different carrier if necessary.

If you miss the delivery and your order is returned to us, we'll issue a refund minus the shipping cost once we receive it. To avoid this, consider providing an alternative delivery address during checkout if you won't be home.

Need to return items? Contact us within 14 days of receipt to cancel your order. We'll provide a returns number, and you'll have another 14 days to send the items back. Please note, we can only accept unused and saleable goods. You'll receive a full refund, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.
