We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, with some even going out the same day. Please note, there may be slight delays during busy periods like holidays.

We work with various carriers, but most residential deliveries are handled by Royal Mail First Class. If we opt for a courier service, we'll notify you in your dispatch email.

You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched. While many orders arrive within a couple of days, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived by then, please let us know so we can track it down.

You can leave a shipping note (e.g., leave with neighbour) during checkout, or have your order sent to an alternative address. If a delivery attempt is made while you're out, the post person may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at your local Royal Mail Collection Office. Please note, if you fail to collect your parcel, shipping costs won't be refunded, and additional fees may apply for resending it.

Contact us within 14 days of receipt to cancel your order. We'll provide a returns number, and you'll have another 14 days to send the items back. Please note, we can only accept unused and saleable goods. You'll receive a full refund, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.
